DAY ONE: ARRIVAL

We arrived at the airport at 6:30 am on Monday morning in New Orleans, and now finally after three flights totalling about 20 hours in the air, we are in Bangkok settling in at a hotel at Kasetsart University.
The flights went very smoothly. We all flew together which made the trip much more bearable, and we even met some fun travel companions along the way.
Tonight we're gearing up for a full day tomorrow visting the university and traveling to Baan Suang to for a homestay that night.
We're already munching on rambutan and trying out our Thai. Can't wait to see what is in store!
